If you are in the market to buy or sell your home, I highly recommend Suzanne to anyone. I interviewed Realtors before I chose one and she was the last one that I had scheduled. From the minute she walks in your home, you immediately like her demeanor. I picked her and I hit the jackpot. She told me what I could do to market my home....and I followed her advice. In just a few short hours after my house went "live" I was signing a contract! She worked with me....never was pushy....and she knew my concerns. She kept in communication with me every step of the process. She explained things when I didn't understand all the next steps. I believe when you meet her....you will see how much of a hard worker she is. Not one day.....I ever regretted picking her to sell my house!

There are no words that can truly describe how wonderful Suzanne made our home buying and selling process better. She went above and beyond daily, communicated throughout the process, and made us feel like we were her most important priority. This was our first major realtor experience and there is no doubt that we would only use her again and recommend her to anyone starting this process.

Suzanne was absolutely excellent! I will undoubtedly and without hesitation recommend her to all of my friends. Heck, I've even recommended her to strangers. My husband and I couldn't afford much, but had we been spending a fortune on a house, she couldn't have treated us better. She stuck with us for over a year and even pointed out houses that were "for sale by owner", knowing that she wouldn't make commission, but doing it anyway because she was truly looking out for our best interest. I would give her 10 stars if I could. You can't go wrong with Suzanne.

Suzanne was great to work with and really took a personal interest in us. It was my first home and she was with me every step of the way to answer any questions I had. She fit everything you want in a Realtor, she was honest, easy to talk to and deal with and caring. We had a hang up on the closing day that was not her fault but she stuck around for the entire afternoon just to make sure everything finished up alright. That kind of caring and loyalty is why whenever I look for another house she will be my first call.
